Residents impacted by COVID-19 at our Riverside Gardens and Cedar Place residential aged care facilities continue to be monitored closely by clinical staff.
NVC Group Executive Care Manager Brooke Roberts said her team was focussed on providing the best possible care to residents during this challenging time.
“Our staff are going above and beyond to provide clinical care to residents at this time and to best keep residents, close contacts of residents and visitors protected from the risks of transmission,” she said.
“We need to continue on with diligence to adhere to recommendations provided by NSW Health and our guidelines aimed at reducing COVID-19 transmission while supporting our valued residents as they deisolate and do more in communal areas of our homes and leave the facilities for visits.
“I would like to thank our residents, their family and friends for their patience and support as we best manage these isolated COVID-19 outbreaks.”
If you have a loved one living in Riverside Gardens at Nambucca Heads or Cedar Place in Kempsey who has been impacted by COVID-19 , their primary contact would have been communicated with directly by the home.
