See you at the Nambucca Heads community expo

Thanks to the Nambucca Bowls Club, a great community expo will be held this Sunday 20 August.

NVC Group representatives will be there to connect with locals and other organisations and to let new residents know of its aged and community care services.

NVC Group Riverside Gardens Service Manager, Kylie Kuwert, said the expo was an excellent idea as there are many new faces in the region.

“Community expos are such a great way to connect community members together and I am really looking forward to going this Sunday,” she said.

“NVC Group has supported senior residents to live well since 1974. A lot has changed within our organisation since then and the services we provide today are much broader, so I look forward to letting locals know what NVC Group can offer them today.

“There are also many opportunities here at NVC Group either for work or volunteering, so if anybody has some free time and would like to hear some avenues to potentially assist our charity, come and have a chat with me on Sunday.”

The community expo is organised by the Nambucca Bowling Club will be held from 10am to 1pm this Sunday at the bowling club in Nelson Street, Nambucca Heads.
