Our qualified physiotherapist, Kashif Ahmed, has over fifteen years of experience in physiotherapy. He can help with alleviating pain, sports and rehabilitation therapy and recovering from injuries.
He also specialises in manual therapy, falls prevention and balance training.
Therapeutic massage is another service provided which reduces muscle tension and pain, provide better mobility and flexibility, improving circulation, recovery and supports chronic conditions like arthritis and back pain.
