Published: 10 Feb 2025

Our award-winning New Graduate Aged Care Registered Nurse Program is open to applications for its 2025 intake and looking for registered nurses.

A 2024 program graduate, Muna Gautam, highly recommends the course.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my Graduate RN Program at NVC. It has offered me a perfect balance of hands-on experience and structured learning. This program has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.”

NVC Group Clinical Education Coordinator, Imeleta Richard said her organisation is seeking recently graduated Bachelor of Nursing students for the specialty program’s 2025 intake.

Applications for the February 2024 intake are currently open.

“If you are a Bachelor of Nursing student, please get in touch with me. I can outline the pre-program employment opportunities available at NVC Group,” she said.

“Aged care nursing offers unique opportunities to develop skills that are not typically gained in a hospital setting. It also provides significant career development potential. Additionally, aged care nurses are compensated competitively, making it an attractive field for those looking to grow professionally.”

“It’s also a really rewarding career, aged care nurses get to develop long-term relationships with their residents. They become like family. You get to know them so well.”

“Working with experienced mentors and the supportive work environment have made a significant difference in my confidence and skills. I would highly recommend this Graduate RN program to any nursing graduate looking to expand their learning and experience and advance in their career goals,” said Muna.
