Fairway Gardens newest home available in under a month

Published: 03 Sep 2023

The final fit out at Fairway Garden’s home 27 is underway which means a lucky buyer could move into it from 1 October 2023.

Home 27 in luxury retirement precinct Fairway Gardens in Macksville is ideally situated, facing north and overlooking the picturesque grounds of Macksville Country Club.

Lifestyle Living Village Coordinator Helen Funnell said the external works to home 27 were now underway.

“Construction of this architecturally-designed, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, plus study home is in its final stages,” she said.

“All that is left to do is the external works such as concreting the driveway and landscaping.

“So I am putting out the call to buyers as it’s a perfect time to invest – if you act now you’ll be able to watch your new garden grow from scratch.”

Fairway Gardens lifestyle village is operated by not-for-profit organisation NVC Group and was architecturally-designed by Hill Lockart Architects. It has been built and project managed by Paul Newton Constructions.

All of the homes at the secured, luxurious lifestyle village have a modern, coastal feel and have been designed for easy living.

Recreational facilities at Fairway Gardens are plentiful and include a Wellness Centre with indoor heated pool, gym and a hair salon. Adjacent to the Wellness Centre is Cafe Zen and a tennis court and bocce court. The village also has direct access to Macksville Country Club and its licensed club, golf course and bowling green.

Home 27 is available to purchase for $750,000 plus monthly levy. To book a tour, please contact Helen Funnell on (02) 6598 5000 or admin@nvcl.org.au. For more information, visit Fairway Gardens website.
