Congratulations to NV College’s latest Care Ready groups who completed their studies today in Coffs Harbour and Macksville. Both have been such great groups!
Care Ready is NV College’s pre-employment short course, which prepares students for what a career in care might look like for them including hands on work experience.
For those who complete the Care Ready course and are interested in pursuing a career in care NV College arranges interviews with potential local aged care businesses, where students can complete their traineeships, enabling them to learn and also earn at the same time.
If a student receives a placement and successfully completes their traineeships and Certificate III in Individual Support, they will have the skills needed to excel in a role in residential care, disability care, or home and community care.
If you’ve ever considered a career in care, we have Care Ready courses held regularly in Coffs Harbour and Macksville. The course runs over six days across two weeks.
NV College have a limited number of subsidised places remaining so get in contact today to express your interest.
If you are looking for a hands on course and a career in aged care, home and community care or disability care, give NV College a call for more information on 1300 655 224 or view the college’s courses here.
