Career changing – there’s lots of opportunities within NVC Group

One of the great things about working for a large organisation is the ability to change jobs.

Lauren Laverty found this out – after working for NVC Group’s Hotel Services team as a food server and cleaner, she then moved into the Administration team.

“I’m really excited to have the opportunity to learn something new, yet still be employed at my same workplace of Cedar Place,” she said.

“Part of my new job involves doing a Business Medical Traineeship, so I can best communicate with residents and stakeholders here at Cedar Place aged care home. I am looking forward to learning new skills and getting a new qualification.”

• Customer service (two accredited units of competency).
