Annual General Meetings occurring

Annual General Meetings for both NVC Group Limited and Cedar Place Aged Care Facility Limited will be held on Wednesday, 23 November 2022.

The meetings will mainly be held via videoconference. The meeting for Cedar Place Aged Care Facility Limited will be at 3pm and the meeting for NVC Group Limited will be at 6pm

Members wishing who are unable to attend are invited to submit their votes on the prescribed form to the undersigned at the address below no later than 5pm on Friday, 18 November 2022.
