NV College is a respected registered training organisation based in Coffs Harbour that delivers nationally recognised training qualifications across the Mid North Coast region.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated RTO Manager to lead NV College through its next stage of development, whilst maintaining compliance, driving innovation and excellence in training programs, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes for students.

About the Role

The Manager, NV College will oversee the operations, compliance and ongoing development of the College.

To be successful in this role, you must be a dynamic leader who is comfortable managing a small dedicated team of trainers and assessors and is positive about maintaining and enhancing training quality and meeting sector needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations of NV College
  • Maintain compliance with ASQA requirements and RTO Standards 2025
  • Oversee the design, development, delivery and evaluation of accredited training programs
  • Maintain and support a qualified and capable teaching workforce
  • Maintain systems and processes for quality assurance, including validation, moderation and continuous improvement
  • Maintain all regulatory reporting requirements
  • Monitor student training plans, assessment outcomes, wellbeing, engagement and satisfaction and associated reporting requirements
  • Engage with stakeholders across the financial wellbeing, community services and education sectors when needed; maintain the industry advisory committee
  • Identify opportunities for new training initiatives and partnerships
  • Prepare governance and compliance reports for organisational leadership

About You

You are an experienced professional in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector who understands both the regulatory environment and the importance of delivering meaningful, high-quality learning experiences with a focus on job readiness and quality outcomes.

You enjoy leading programs, improving systems, and working collaboratively to achieve strong outcomes for students and organisations.

Essential Criteria

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Vocational Education and Training Design and Development
  • Relevant management qualification or equivalent experience

Desirable Criteria

  • tutor training
  • policy development and implementation
  • financial and human resources management

Related experience in work within a high-level multi-disciplinary environment including general administration, financial management, information technology, or a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp an understanding of these activities would be an advantage.
