Results from NVC Group’s 2023 employee satisfaction survey are in, showing 43 per cent of respondents gave the company an overall rating of four stars.
NVC Group People Support Manager, Wilson Loyo, said the employee satisfaction survey ran throughout July and the four out of five stars rating was a great result.
“Employee satisfaction surveys are essential to understand the needs and concerns of employees,” he said.
“The 2023 survey has helped to identify areas of improvement for our organisation and it provided staff with an important opportunity to have their say.
“I was particularly pleased with two results: our staffs’ thoughts on their workloads and upskilling opportunities.
“More than half of the 118 participants agreed or strongly agreed their workload is achievable and reasonable. This is such an important factor in maintaining staff’s well-being, so I am pleased with this result.
“And more than half of the participants felt they had opportunities to upskill, which is key to keeping employees satisfied and challenged.”
