At NVC Group, local people team up to serve local people – providing quality care services to senior residents in our community.
Key messages our new staff learned were our organisation’s values: equality, respect, commitment, openness, diversity, supportive, clarity, communication and understanding.
Other important information the new staff heard was an overview of the eight Aged Care Quality Standards our organisation operates under: consumer dignity and choice, ongoing assessment and planning with consumers, personal care and clinical care, services and supports for daily living, organisation’s service environment, feedback and complaints, human resources and organisational governance, as set by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
