NVC Group was delighted to attend Southern Cross University’s Nursing Expo

NVC Group was delighted to attend the Southern Cross University Nursing Careers Expo on Tuesday, the 22^nd April, 2024.

The NVC Group stall had information packs and lots of goodies for students. Staff who attended were really happy at how many people stopped to visit our stall and have a chat.

Staff also participated in a panel discussion alongside other Mental Health and Aged Care Providers. NVC Group had the opportunity to talk about our organisation and career opportunities. They also discussed career pathways into aged care, NVC Group’s award winning New Graduate Program and our recruitment process. Staff also shared how aged care is a specialised field, which is great to be involved in, and an amazing industry.

The students were enthusiastic, and we hope that some will venture into aged care. Perhaps a few will join our wonderful team at NVC Group.
