We have multiple new job opportunities available in our growing Community Team.

NVC Group Home & Community Care Manager Jacqueline Wills said more elderly residents are seeking home care services and therefore there are multiple job opportunities available in her team.

“The popularity of the Australian Government’s Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Home Care packages has grown substantially as more mature people choose to live in their own home for longer,” she said.

“I am an enrolled nurse and I find it really rewarding working in Home and Community Care as the team I lead supports mature people to age well in place.

“I am seeking Registered Nurses, community carers and cleaners and one coordinator to join our team in a range of locations from Coffs Harbour to Kempsey, so please get in touch if you are seeking work in a rewarding sector.”

• Care Service Employees.

Aged care nurses and carers received a wage increase of up to 15 per cent in July due to the Fair Work Commission’s determination, so remuneration is now much more competitive when working in these care roles in the aged care sector.
