Registered Nurses

Full Time, Part Time or Casual
NVC Group are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our friendly and supportive team across our three facilities and the Community Support Program. Part time, full time and casual roles exist for the right applicants.

Essential skills:
- two relevant clinical references from a manager/supervisor
- AHPRA Registration with Aged Care experience
- three years post registration experience preferred but not essential
- experience working with older people in a clinical or aged care setting is desirable but not essential
- some understanding of age-related frailties and illnesses including dementia care
- aware of the difference between medical based models of care and wellbeing-based models of care and the importance of good clinical outcomes for older people.
Skills and attributes:
- demonstrated skills in clinical nursing practice with an understanding of contemporary nursing theory
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- capable of fulfilling organisation commitments and requirements
- the ability to work well within a team
- computer competency.
