NVC Group are currently looking for two Personal Care Workers to deliver in-home care for our clients in the Kempsey region. These positions will initially be part-time (50 hours per fortnight) with the view to increase hours for the right applicant.

Your role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will:
- assist clients with personal hygiene in their homes
- support clients with mobility, transfers and maintaining a safe home environment
- help with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, social engagement and household chores
- build respectful, caring relationships that promote clients’ choice, independence, and dignity
- observe and report any changes in clients’ health or living conditions to your supervisor
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- holds a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Support (or equivalent)
- has a current NSW driver’s licence and reliable transport
- is reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
- demonstrates empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
- holds a current National Police Clearance, or a Working with Vulnerable People Check (must be obtained before commencement)
- has completed or is willing to complete training in First Aid, Manual Handling, and Infection Control
- holds valid Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa).
