Invitation to nominate for Board

Members of NVC Group Limited are advised that, per the provisions of Clause 16.11.2 of the Constitution, nominations are now invited for two positions on the Board of Directors.

Members who, under the Constitution of the Company are eligible to do so and who wish to nominate for these positions, are invited to submit their nominations on the prescribed form by no later than 5pm Wednesday 12 October 2022.
